With a total length of 130km and a climb of 4684m, this MTB marathon is considered to be one of the toughest in the world. Fortunately the organizers have also thought of riders like me who are scared off by those figures so there is also a short version which is held on the same day but instead it's "only" 76km long and has a total climb of 2879m. |

We started from Hérémence with a 22km climb with an altitude-difference of 1010m. This was only our warm-up. |

Unfortunately we had to walk for about an hour on the top of that mountain. |

It gave us some times to enjoy the view. This is really mountainbiker's paradise! |
